You should have received a notice regarding the 2025 annual meeting. In addition to the notice, this mailing included the meeting agenda, last year’s annual meeting minutes, the 2025-2026 budget, proxy form & ballot and instructions (for those unable to attend the meeting in person) and proposed By-Laws amendment.
If you’re unable to attend the meeting in person, please help the Association save money and keep assessments low by completing and returning the proxy form. If we don’t have a quorum (65 lots represented either in person or via proxy) we’ll have to reschedule the meeting at additional expense.
