After a long wait for replacement parts to be manufactured and shipped, playground repairs have been completed and the playground is now officially open. Live Oak Estates Homeowners Association’s Annual Meeting was held on November 7, 2023. 45 households were represented in person, and 51 proxies were received. The meeting lasted 1.5 hours.
