Each Phase IV lot owner pays the Master assessment due December 15 each year, and quarterly Phase IV assessments due on the 15th of December, March, June and September.
In the past, our management company’s portal setup made it easy to submit payments for Phase IV that were credited to their Master account, and vice versa.
At the board’s request, Premier set up their portal so Phase IV owners can log in to a single account and choose either Master or Phase IV from a menu. This will show the amount due for that account and automatically credit online payments to the proper account.
Note that there is a fee for online payments; if you want to avoid paying it, you can mail your payment to Premier or deliver it in person at their office. If you pay by check, make sure to write the appropriate account number (Master or Phase IV) on your check so it’s credited properly.
